ADD ON NOTES.................. (will make sense when I am done)

NEW INQUIRY REJECTED IN MARILYN MONROE'S DEATH
By ROBERT LINDSEY, Special to the New York Times
Published: November 23, 1985
http://www.nytimes.com/1985/11/23/us/new-inquiry-rejected-in-marilyn-monroe-s-death.html

Monroe's psychiatrist Ralph Greenson, who had hired Eunice Murray [Marilyn's housekeeper] to watch the actress for signs of drug abuse or suicidal tendencies.... Greenson himself refused to talk to Robert Slatzer, having reacted with outrage to Norman Mailer's highly publicized book by doing interviews with Lloyd Shearer for Parade and with Maurice Zolotow. The piece by Zolotow, author of a Monroe biography that had been published while she was alive, originated in the Chicago Tribune in four installments and was syndicated to other newspapers in 1973.

Zolotow quoted Greenson as saying Monroe was not sexually involved with either Kennedy brother "or with any other man" at the end of her life. Most of Greenson's statements in 1973 had to do with the last time he saw Monroe alive, which was at her home in the late afternoon of August 4, 1962, and the instructions he gave to Eunice Murray (during his visit) about the circumstances under which she could allow Monroe to leave the house. Greenson depicted Monroe as a loner after her divorce from Arthur Miller in January 1961.

L.A. District Attorney John Miner's "tapes" assertion.....
On August 5, 2005, the Los Angeles Times published an account of Monroe's death by former Los Angeles County District Attorney John Miner, who was present at the autopsy. Miner claimed that she was not suicidal, offering as proof his notes on audio tapes she had recorded for Greenson and that Greenson had played for him. Miner had refused to discuss them during Anthony Summers's 1980s investigation. In 2005, Miner did not explain why he was now willing to break the confidentiality agreement he had made with Greenson in 1962.

The CBS 48 Hours investigation....
The 48 Hours report quoted a former Secret Service agent as stating that it was "common knowledge" among his colleagues that there was an affair between Monroe and John Kennedy. [And only thing wrong with believing that is that at the HSCA hearings Military permission was given to those at the JFK autopsy to testify as declassification of National Security policy and was revealed those of the Secret Service were indeed guilty of Conspiracy in the JFK assassination - in the least as evidence tampering as it was revealed by declassification that JFK's brain was disposed of on Air Force One at the signing in of LBJ to the presidency, the only time the JFK casket was alone and the Secret Service was the only ones present as the First Lady Jackie went forward to be with LBJ being sworn in. The gruesome truth, as Parkland Hospital Doctors all said "about one third of the brain was blown away" and at Bethesda JFK arrived "with no brain".]

The F.B.I. as early as February 1962 has Marilyn Monroe listed and under surveilence as a communist sympathizer.

Short List of Myth, Inaccuracy, Lies, Misinformation, Gossip, etc

DR. ENGLEBERG: "I knew nothing about Chloral Hydrate." INVESTIGATOR: "So you wrote her prescription for Nembutal only." DR. ENGELBERG: "That was it. It's the only prescription I wrote."

Marilyn Monroe was not found dead "clutching a telephone in her hand". The official report by Police is that she was found in the "soldier posistion" which means picture a soldier standing at attention and then lay down face first on bed. This is how Marilyn Monroe was found dead by Police and does coincide with pictures/film of her being wheeled out to ambulance. (I can remember John Belushi who died in a posistion of somewhat bunched up and reflected in his departure pictures. Marilyn's arm was not protruding outward, being expired for some hours.)

----------------

If, in fact, Marilyn died from a rectally-administered barbiturate enema, the question is who prepared and administered it. It is not out of the realm of possibility that the overdose was accidental

If Spoto's theory is correct, then who administered the enema? Spoto believes that it had to be Eunice Murray, who, like Greenson, had no inkling that the sedative enema would be fatal.

---------------

DR. ENGLEBERG: "I knew nothing about Chloral Hydrate." INVESTIGATOR: "So you wrote her prescription for Nembutal only." DR. ENGELBERG: "That was it. It's the only prescription I wrote."

----------------

It was also discovered that on August 3, Marilyn had filed a prescription for twenty-five (25) Nembutal tablets (a strong barbiturate which was prescribed to her for the purpose of inducing sleep on many of her sleepless nights) prescribed to her by her personal physician, Dr. Engleburg. This pill bottle is found empty at the scene of death when the police arrived in the early hours of August 5.

Marilyn Monroe - Theodore j. Curphey, Cheif coroner LA 1962
(Coroner Dr. Theodore Curphey oversaw the full autopsy)

Marilyn Monroe - Dr Hyman Engelberg and Ken Hunter Interviewed

Audio interviews about Marilyn's death conducted by the Los Angeles county district attorney's office in 1982.

Dr Hyman Engelberg Interviewed About Marilyn Monroe's Death

Dr Hyman Engelberg explains he never prescribed chloral hydrate and that he didn't believe "any Doctor in America would prescribe chloral hydrate. She must have got it in Mexico". [The toxicology report shows high levels of Nembutal (38–66 capsules) and chloral hydrate (14–23 tablets) in Monroe's blood. The level found was enough to kill more than 10 people. An examination of the body ruled out intravenous injection as the source of the drugs. Coroner Dr. Theodore Curphey oversaw the full autopsy. Apart from the cause of death as listed on the death certificate, the results were never made public and no record of the findings was kept.]

http://www.cursumperficio.net/FicheAA18.html

In the Coroner Case Report #81128 it states that Dr. Engleberg (Marilyn's doctor) and not Dr. Greenson was there with housekeeper and Marilyn Monroe was pronounced dead at 3:35 A.M. by him.

Marilyn Monroe: Coroner's File #81128 - New Evidence about her Death
http://youtu.be/3cqBaDAzvwQ?t=9m52s
(Note the tube starts at 9:52 of this 13 minute video)
This incredible clip presents new evidence in the mysterious death of Marilyn Monroe. The story is based on the investigation of former Deputy Coroner Lionel Grandison, who was coerced into signing her death certificate in 1962. Grandison, who was 22 years old at the time, became the youngest African American Deputy Coroner for the County of Los Angeles. He presents compelling information about the cover-up of her death, including the disappearance of her diary, which he read and booked into the Coroner's possession. Grandison has written a new tell all book, scheduled for release in 2012. BC Worldwide has now acquired the film rights for this amazing story. To get more information visit www.BAITCAL.com

So try this on.......

There was something not right about the way Deputy Coroner Lionel Grandison had described reasons for sending those to the house to find anything to notify next of kin - why the Red Diary was brought back. If they paged through it, there was no addresses in it - no diary has those entries or space for them, just entries and dates etc. Why would they have brought back a personal diary that would have been given to next of kin as a personal possession?

Years later Deputy Coroner Lionel Grandison washes out and makes an interview accusing Senator Robert F. Kennedy of the murder, and assuming all these interviews by these several persons as friends and so on were paid for them. But here, he profits from this by his book published with his accusation of RFK. Disgusting.

And so we return to the Red Diary and the released CIA Document of results of their bugging Marilyn. In that document of the couple days before her death records it lists as Marilyn's "trists" (not trysts) with JFK and RFK and in the same breath her threatening a press conference. Now since they list the "trists" (private secret meeting), it is apparent they use the description of unheard conversation - whereas that continuing list mentions discussion of the growing Cuban Missile Crisis they did hear and as well then the threatened press conference.

The problem is that the "trists" non-record of conversation suggests even hearsay as is referring then to meetings at the Peter Lawford residence which then they were not bugging/taping obviously as there is no dialouge recorded and reported of those conversations at those "trists" (secret meetings). This is linked to their report of the "threatening a news conference". Obviously then they were set up at Marilyn's home were she was supposed to have discussed this and not at the Peter Lawford residence. Now that is another elephant in the room. If they were taping at Marilyn's home, then the know exactly what happened there the night of her death - who stopped in, who she talked to on the phone, and etc.

But here is the confusion over the released CIA document. They could not have been at Marilyn's house reporting they taped her and JFK talking about Fidel Castro and the Missile Crisis brewing, because that meant that JFK stopped into Marilyn's house which did not occur. This happened at Peter Lawford's residence where the CIA says they have no record of conversations of Marilyn and JFK and RFK "trists" (secret meetings, not secret romantic meetings - "trysts"). Then they list the "threatened press conference" which did not happen at Peter Lawford's house obviously - it is the President's sister's home and brother in law husband - Peter. So if Marilyn and JFK and RFK are at "trists" at the Peter Lawford home, then how were they not heard and taped as the conversations that were - the reported conversations of Fidel Castro and Cuba and the missiles? Furthermore, you could say the "trists" were simply Marilyn and JFK or RFK moving to another room not bugged or onto the beach - but to talk about what privately? What was more important then the National Security of the Cuban Missile Crisis and even a possible World War Three jumping off?

So the CIA would have to be at both residences to have heard what they heard as listed in their declassified document. What is too much of a coincidence is that almost word for word Marilyn's friend and ex-lover and Deputy Coroner Lionel Grandison were repeating claiming they saw this in her Red Diary - about the missile crisis and mob involvement with the assassination plans of Fidel Castro and also the threatened press conference "blowing the lid off the whole thing". They all kept repeating the same description as if read from a script.

It is apparent to me and my belief that this all was leaked to them by the KGB/assets. I believe there never was a Red Diary. There's no proof of it, and these were the only ones claiming Marilyn kept this specific Red Diary and its specific classified type writings. The KGB was hearing everything the CIA was hearing and reported in the document (couple days before death), and the KGB/assets feed the story to those around her (friend and ex-lover) - as it was including in the document the supposed press conference to occur in a couple days - or that Monday (after her death). There is the reports of the two attempts to steal the supposed diary just days (or a week or two) before Marilyn's death, but where is the Police Report for the break in? Where is the Police Report showing forced entry into Marilyn Monroe's house and record or photos of the cabinet/desk broke into. Where is the statement from Marilyn that she assumed the thieves were trying to get her "Red Diary" - as was the only thing in that drawer? Perhaps going to sell it to top buyer?

This returns to my finding that Marilyn Monroe was assassinated as an American asset as a mailbox for classsified secrets being run out of Cuba concerning the brewing Missile Crisis - a mailbox as persons she met passed off information which Marilyn then relayed to the President and/or Attorney General Robert F. Kennedy. No one believes Marilyn would write down classified information that anyone could discover - and look at the one simple possibility that she wouldn't..... a couple of autograph hounds make a bad choice to break in and steal it to sell it. But wouldn't other things be missing? You bet.

The only one going to be damaged by Marilyn's threatening a press conference was the Soviet Union and their involvement in Cuba and the nukes, which was enevitably exactly what happened. The CIA document does not site any relationships with JFK and/or RFK were what they recorded as her saying was the topic of the supposed press conference. What they did state is the discussions of Fidel Castro and the Cuban Missiles and I believe this press conference "threatened" was a ruse staged by Marilyn per instructions as a set up to bust both internal traitors in the CIA and the spying KGB and their assets in America and as well listening in with their own equipment. This equipment was reported as found years later.

I think it is quite possible and is the truth the house was under surveillence by Agents ready to make arrest of the KGB and/or their assassins as they rushed the house to kill Marilyn before the Monday press conference mentioned. To their surprise, hours and hours later and no one showing up - Marilyn is found dead of lethal overdose. The only one with access, and since there was no forced entry or resistance on scene, the only one with access to Marilyn was her housekeeper who I believe was a hired KGB asset and given the instructions of how she was to be assassinated.

And so in the end, like the lines from the JFK movie (Oliver Stone) Marilyn like Ceaser is surrounded by her killers, those that sold out to the KGB to set up the Kennedys for her murder. Jealousies of "best girl friend" (also in acting/dancing) and ex-lover - jilted and jealous over her. You can name the CIA as head of the contract to kill her but there is no cause there. Citing JFK and the CIA and his ending their independent powers, they are reported as wanting to stick it to him now. Here, if they just backed away and let it all happen - Marilyn's press conference supposed to be blowing the lid off, her relationships with JFK and RFK - who could ask for better paybacks? But it can not be ignored how much information the CIA indeed did have right at the time of Marilyn's murder. Being a traitor or several of them, this information could easily be fed to the KGB who then took action before any such press conference could take place. If the KGB was not getting their information by the one private detective saying he bugged her house and heard JFK and Marilyn engaged in relationship and on and on by hiring him and buying it - then they got it from the American CIA who are absolutely documented as placing secret audio taping devices and listening and making reports. Since the other makes the same type scripted interviews that Marilyn and the Kennedys were having relations - it lends to he is another dummy among them fed this disinformation to spread around after her death and into years later interviews again and again. And this defines the CIA use of the word "trist" in their document. Hmmmm.

We can take it to the other limb or bough. Having mentioned I don't believe there was ever a Red Diary, then this goes too that there may not have been any "threatened press conference to blow the lid off" on the following Monday. We have to look at a flawed documented report by the CIA not of verity and consider they fabricated this story as the cover story for her assassination if the autopsy indeed, and did, conclude it was murder but with the aspect of suicide. This means the flip side of the coin - the friends and lovers with the Red Diary story and press conference were actually CIA Assets who fed them the "trysts" (secret romantic meeting) dialogue and reported the "trists" to cover their butts. This set up with the others that RFK did it. This no doubt is where the reports of Monroe / Kennedy "trysts" was born.

But one more consideration..... would anyone who just committed or ordered a murder at the scene really be speeding away from it? Like doing at least 60mph in a 25mph zone (I believe it was) that reportedly Peter Lawford driving had RFK in the back seat? This was Brentwood, a very luxurious section of Los Angeles County near Beverly Hills and Bel Air. I have been there. Many private security patrolling and high profile area trained Police. You simply would not get very far speeding as was reported they did. What in the world would brother in law RFK be doing in the back as if Peter Lawford was his chauffeur? Look-a-likes planted to do this by CIA or KBG? It would seem so. Purposely speeding to get sighted by local police and a report that RFK was there that night. I don't remember the officer reporting he asked for ID because he said he recognized RFK in the back seat and the driver told him he was his brother in law Peter Lawford and some story they were in a rush to get somewhere. They planted doubles and got away with it seems the only truth.

It wasn't assassination?! WHERE IS THE ENEMA APPLICATION KIT THAT ADMINISTERED THE LETHAL DOSE??? (No intraveneous needles either = hidden murder occurred!)

What's more.... Marilyn's window was barred - HOW DID THEY GET INTO HER BEDROOM THROUGH AN IRON BARRED WINDOW Huh?? The bedroom door was never locked because it was not broken down either, and that means it was never locked in the first place - they lied and it was never openly reported in Police Reports. More desert of these creeps - how did the housekeeper "move the curtains" aside to look in at Marilyn if the window was "locked from the inside" Huh What, she had curtains on the outside of the window???!!! She then said the Doctor came over and busted the window and for what??? It was a barred window so why break the window to get in?Huh How?Huh
