I will have to go with Amateur JFK Researcher to describe myself and now an author as the result of that fact finding research. I have not had the means to go into Freedom Of Information Act type proceedings and other, as previous researchers have done since early days. Aside from reading their books published, there is a great deal now over the internet available - shared information made public for sharing freely. I would not do these things anyway, as I feel that should only have been done in some official Petition For Redress Of Grievances on behalf of the American Citizenship. But it is all out there isn't it, already. Everything has been released except about 2 percent or less the government says. I started a free membership JFK forum online about 2011 after already into a lot of research. It is a good place not only for forum chatting but to pin links to researchers, government, videos, and information sites. I began it as commemoration to the 50th anniversary November 22, 1963 - November 22 2013. I set as a mission for all to join to share information and get together to petition the government for a final all holds barred hearing into the assassination of President Kennedy. I called for all researchers known and unknown to get together in support and put together what we could to achieve this. All have their fact finding results together chronologically we could rehearse to put in order a sober mature petition to the government they would be constrained by law to answer. Well, none really answered. The 50th came and went as if just another day and was that heartbreaking. There was some hoopla that some Occupy group was going to be in Dallas and that was about it. If you lived in my day you understand what I say when I say if it were in our day, there would have been week long Television Specials for the 50th on and up to half would be live in celebration and even asking what can be done right here right now. That's the way it was in the Camelot Years on T.V. which was a famous time for television. Turn the page.

 I have no special skills as a researcher as a law degree et cetera. I do have some accomplishments along life's that was stopped abruptly by disability via lower back injury. Aside graduating high school in the top five of Class of 1972 Upper Merion Township, King of Prussia PA majoring in Distributive Economics, I also achieved a Data Processor Certificate in computers (old style monstrous IBMs etc IBM026 Univac026 Data Processors and SperryRand/Univac 9200-9300 Series COBAL) at Folcroft Vo-Tech. I then achieved a Home Entertainment Equipment Repair Certificate at R.E.T.S. Electronics Schools which was for radio and television and home entertainment systems of the era. An aspiring rock musician, had its twists and turns, and lost thousands in instruments and effects at the hand of the Reagan Administration Great Recession. We may yet publish almost 31 Albums as an unsigned band to the internet for consumption, severely yet restricted due to disability for much else. I later graduated in the top ten receiving and Accountant Clerk degree at Worldwide Educational Services business school. After being layed up a couple years from a serious low back injury on the job in the late 1970s, a resultant secondary injury resulting from that left me virtually permanently disabled since the 1990s. And so any further career and upward mobility came to an abrupt stop. This ebook has been about the only thing I have been able to accomplish and at a snail's pace. I spent a good handful of years in the free Community Help area of the internet in an on-available-basis of malware removal help, and have been proud my help website has served just over 12 million visitors/users from 2005 to present - though I have much retired from that "exercise" in the past year or so. Ironically, I was offered IT Security positions from two prestigious companies and could not accept, living in debilitating pain preventing me from gainful employment. By now, salary would have exceeded perhaps a couple million lifetime! (I have discovery in the anti-spyware software program industry - RASautodial malware entires).

Somewhere in the middle there - in the Reagan Recession Years in America (early 1980s) - being homeless for 7 years without so much as a day labor paycheck, I began to disciple in the Word of God that lasted I suppose about 3 years. It is learning in the Word of God (the Holy Bible) about the ending of things and His Will - there is the knowledge taught and wisdom gained in Christianity that shows the times and seasons of things. It is showed to the degree about a large amount of people God calls a city in the world that attempts to actually run the world in the name of the devil - Satan - and by the power of evil, which is no more than sleight of hand over the ignorant of the fullness of God's Word. It is easy to steal candy from a baby, but try that from a fully armored warrior of God. Or try taking God's Crown itself. Won't happen, so that the power of evil is actually quite limited. "Matthew 6:34 Take therefore no thought for the morrow: for the morrow shall take thought for the things of itself. Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof." This, in our ignorance of youth called these a "secret society" or "one world order' - but in reality these are not those specifically mentioned in the Holy Bible, though some may indeed be in these groupings.

And so it is the uniqueness of this thesis that religion has been applied, as God has told us almost 2,000 years ago who shot JFK - and thus this book's title. It has been there from the beginning for all to see, and was as easy as simply reading it - being guided ahead of time to its interpretation by the discipled and taught in God's Word, the Living Word....

Upon launching our online free forum just after the decision to do a comprehensive search for the truth and solving the case then if possible at the upcoming 50th Anniversary, along the way of all the research - links to information and research websites were added and all the You Tube videos that appertained that have been found. A major example at the value of the internet is the Atty. Mark Lane movies from the immediate time after the assassination of witness interviews that have been translated to the formats to upload them for view online. Much as this has been done as well on a grand scale from all the news shows and live coverage and etc at the time, and time after. It has been shown in this thesis how my belief, and should be yours, is that the American Government went into a National Security Policy upon first learning of a conspiracy existing in the assassination of President John F. Kennedy - and were not involved in any criminal government cover up. President Johnson commissioned officers and Congress approved. Citing original contentions about Dallas County jurisdiction of the murder case and autopsy, the President's Commission on the Assassination of President John F. Kennedy seemed completely to usurp all jurisdiction and authority. This being coupled with the conclusion of the Warren Report and the records locked away for 75 years does, and can only, conclude it has been a case of National Security, which reasons also have been given here. In honor of the anniversary, the Kennedy family, the nation and world, this is that time for us all to declare that.

Again, jurisdiction reveals indeed the President's Commission was of Officers of a Military Tribunal - and this by full Congressional approval. This one point serves as starting point from any former belief that the whole government was involved in a cover-up from the President through Congress and anything in between, and any such former belief is now fiction.

Across the internet now at different forums and groups and Facebook groups taking a birds eye view, you can't help seeing that all of these ongoing JFK researcher activities are like a compulsive disorder - some kind of disease for sometime, many years. Aside from living this for the past 50 years like everyone from my generation - reading some of the original books in the 1960s  - I've not revisited this research but towards the 50th Anniversary, deciding to take one last look and see what finally makes sense and what was fact. The last time I discussed this, like many, was during the Viet Nam War years and obviously as our nation did when RFK and Martin Luther King were assassinated - the second darkest day of all this.

A newer generation has been sucked into this frenzy and disease. Of the many researchers turned book writers who have pulled down all the many documents by instruments like the Freedom of Information Act thought to have found gold mines, but the sober mind tells us in all this - and even though they even seek the redacted - being a national security policy in place do they really think they will ever be handed the desk of the National Security of America? Perhaps some of the inane actually believe that. It has been to hard to see many of them actually accusing President Johnson of the assassination of President John Fitzgerald Kennedy. This is sickness and disorder and completely without patriotism and plain common sense. There is that saying the ass knows the  masters crib.

As I said, I lived this for the past 50 years and have been in everything you have seen and heard about the 1960s and '70s Era - protests, moratoriums,  marches, "the movement", "the revolution", Woodstock etc. I have been an original person of the nation at the time with all the same beliefs. These disloyalists who only profit from their divisions they attempt as wedges at the Public cannot, and will not, call me some Warren Commission supporter, or a Bugliosi nut job as a wall without ears, et al. They can't. I was, and am, the exact opposite. But I have grown, and eyes opened see the many pilot fish living off the sharks.

Ask yourself as an American Citizen living this.... these have committed themselves to a serious investigation type research and with results have they shared them with you or suggested action? Or do they ask 20-120 dollars to see their results? What do you call that? I am talking about the researchers selling your results as books and paperbacks for profit. What shirts to? These should be separated as tainted in some way, as they are enticed to write what sells. Have they put proceeds to panels of lawyers to Petition the Government for Redress of Grievances or similar suit for trial? Or have they lobbied for legislation paying expenses? Or have they made movies and had a more precise Freedom of Information Act specifically for JFK Records approved to get more records released to make more gain? You decide. You are the Public. This is your nation and this was your President.

I do not need to see the records. I know what happened and who did it because I am a Christian. Any Christian Minister worth his salt will tell you what I do - there is only one man possible responsible for ordering the assassination of President John Fitzgerald Kennedy. According to the Scriptures he has to live at least 70 years (Tyrus, Daniel, Revelation) as time of his reign being the 6th king of the 6th kingdom who became the Beast666 and independently wealthy and from Russia. There is only one man who fits this description in Russia according to age of years and he has died reportedly in February 2013. He was also responsible for the assassinations of Marilyn Monroe, Reverend Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., and Senator Robert Fitzgerald Kennedy. How many more?

In 1992, the Assassination Records Review Board was created by the JFK Records Act to collect and preserve the documents relating to the assassination. It pointed out in its final report:

Doubts about the Warren Commission's findings were not restricted to ordinary Americans. Well before 1978, President Johnson, Robert Kennedy, and four of the seven members of the Warren Commission all articulated, if sometimes off the record, some level of skepticism about the Commission's basic findings.[18]"

Sample Ruling: Is the Warren Commission legal?

Now, a presidential commission inquest may be defined as just that and particularly and uniquely for this event - an exhaustive inquest of all facts related to the murder to ascertain national public danger as will not admit of delay in lieu of immediate Congressional action - thus the existing Presidential Powers vested. Such inquest commissioned is not and can not be construed as Due Process of Public Trial and apparently was not applied as such - regarding National Security and Suspension of the Writ Of Habeas Corpus invoked only engaged by subsequent imminent Congressional Powers as the public danger as treason and invasion or insurrection never transpired, thus imminent danger powers expired rapidly in the Presidential Powers for this as Commander In Chief and this applies to Actual Invasion or Insurrection. At best, the actual recorded history of the Warren Commission could only be inclusive as an Inquest Into Sedition and Insurrection against the United States regarding its length of operation and powers "formally " bestowed but only by the US Congress - thus defining the US Congress as uninvolved unless otherwise designated as a Suspension of the Writ of Habeas Corpus as national security in the matter.

Again, Due Process requires Probable Cause to Suspend the Writ Of Habeas Corpus legally - and that means Congress indeed has declared a Conspiracy existing and must have that evidence and thus equals the entire National Security secrecy of the entire arena invoked - but and the which does not include a "national public play" as the Warren Commission to proceed publicly in operation as opposed to rule of law being secrecy and in secrecy. At best, President Lyndon B. Johnson could only attempt to determine if any "cout d'etat" existed immediately with the assassination of President Lincoln of record as foundation here in that Secretary of State Seward was also injured.

The Executive (Presidential) Authority for this Commission has to be defined by and of the Law. It is not evident, other than that indeed the Writ Of Habeas Corpus Suspension (martial law possession of case) was applied and it is indeed and was National Security device in the President and Congress and ongoing in newly elected Presidents and Congress Persons, which is evident Congress indeed has all lawful ability for such and of origin - but whereas evaporates in less than expedient action resultant in severally or mass arrest, or actual issuance of a Letter of Marque and Reprisal, or appropriate Military Response. The problem thus arises if the Commission itself was not legal that in turn the US Senate had no power to pass Senate Joint Resolution 137 (Public Law 88-202) authorizing the Commission to subpoena witnesses and obtain evidence concerning any matter relating to the investigation.

Fourth Amendment to the United States Constitution
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

When considering the injuries of State of Texas Gov. John Connally we find perpetrator (s ) erred if pondered whether sole judicial authority would reside in the US Supreme Court ..... appellate Jurisdiction only is indicated in the event of "controversy ... state". LAW: Article III. Section. 1. .....all the which indicates any pattern of "intent to escape" prosecution by the including of wounding Gov. Connally intentionally along with other events either public or revealed per investigation. Obviously this pattern then includes the subsequent homicide which is then assassination of Presidential Candidate and Former United States Attorney General, Senator Robert Fitzgerald Kennedy in the same pattern of escape intentions whether such National Security device exists as perceived in gross ignorance. That event obviously establishes grounds for further ongoing investigation in the National Secrecy Policy being existential. The murder of Rev. Martin L. King as then assassination precludes in this same pattern the Sedition moved against the Religious Freedoms under the United States Constitution, but by statue declares Insurrection, whereas in gross ignorance perceived an avoidance in prosecution of/for religious persecutions are then evident in this pattern of events. As the Warren Commission itself declared, it can not rule out an unknown conspiracy obviously that is of persons unknown as well as the conspiracy not heard. This by definition reveals the perpetrator (s ) as atheist in gross ignorance as anti-christ according to the existence of, and lawfully protected, Faith in God of the which by eminent domain ruling is evident as partial foundation of the US Constitution in the Declaration of Independence with wording "God of Nature" perceived coupled with existence of the National Security Policy being existential.

(Bill of Attainder is an illegal law that would remove the rights guaranteed by the United States Constitution. Ex Post Facto laws are illegal as making a law "after the fact" to prosecute. Due Process is for existential law of the land - existing law under US Constitution. With Probable Cause necessary, you can not "make it up as you go".)
# Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court.
# The Congress shall have Power to declare the Punishment of Treason, but no Attainder of Treason shall work Corruption of Blood, or Forfeiture except during the Life of the Person attainted.
(A person charged with Treason may not suffer Forfeiture of life [put to death] by captors until after lawful trial. Neither may they suffer Corruption of Blood [a spiritual or faith or political belief death] by their captors until after lawful trial. This is a biblical reference [Christian] meaning it is sin to eat the blood/life or to say partake in the evil life of another and living that life, which is extended to civic law here meaning being forced to give up a faith or spiritual belief or political convictions etc. Of ignorance it is said this is the same thing - "Corruption of Blood, or Forfeiture" - which is impossible by the conjunction "or" = they are two separate things being compared as different from each other.)
# A Person charged in any State with Treason, Felony, or other Crime, who shall flee from Justice, and be found in another State, shall on Demand of the executive Authority of the State from which he fled, be delivered up, to be removed to the State having Jurisdiction of the Crime.
# Each House shall keep a Journal of its Proceedings, and from time to time publish the same, excepting such Parts as may in their Judgment require Secrecy; and the Yeas and Nays of the Members of either House on any question shall, at the Desire of one fifth of those Present, be entered on the Journal.

In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the Assistance of Counsel for his defence.

In Suits at common law, ..... the right of trial by jury shall be preserved, and no fact tried by a jury, shall be otherwise reexamined in any Court of the United States, than according to the rules of the common law.

Article. II. Section. 1.
# In Case of the Removal of the President from Office, or of his Death, Resignation, or Inability to discharge the Powers and Duties of the said Office, the Same shall devolve on the Vice President, and the Congress may by Law provide for the Case of Removal, Death, Resignation or Inability, both of the President and Vice President, declaring what Officer shall then act as President, and such Officer shall act accordingly, until the Disability be removed, or a President shall be elected.
Section. 2.
# The President shall be Commander in Chief of the Army and Navy of the United States, and of the Militia of the several States, when called into the actual Service of the United States; he may require the Opinion, in writing, of the principal Officer in each of the executive Departments, upon any Subject relating to the Duties of their respective Offices, and he shall have Power to grant Reprieves and Pardons for Offences against the United States, except in Cases of Impeachment.
He shall have Power, by and with the Advice and Consent of the Senate, to make Treaties, provided two thirds of the Senators present concur; and he shall nominate, and by and with the Advice and Consent of the Senate, shall appoint Ambassadors, other public Ministers and Consuls, Judges of the Supreme Court, and all other Officers of the United States, whose Appointments are not herein otherwise provided for, and which shall be established by Law: but the Congress may by Law vest the Appointment of such inferior Officers, as they think proper, in the President alone, in the Courts of Law, or in the Heads of Departments.
The President shall have Power to fill up all Vacancies that may happen during the Recess of the Senate, by granting Commissions which shall expire at the End of their next Session.
Section. 3.
He shall from time to time give to the Congress Information of the State of the Union, and recommend to their Consideration such Measures as he shall judge necessary and expedient; he may, on extraordinary Occasions, convene both Houses, or either of them, and in Case of Disagreement between them, with Respect to the Time of Adjournment, he may adjourn them to such Time as he shall think proper; he shall receive Ambassadors and other public Ministers; he shall take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed, and shall Commission all the Officers of the United States.
# The Congress shall have Power ....To constitute Tribunals inferior to the supreme Court ; .... To declare War, grant Letters of Marque and Reprisal, and make Rules concerning Captures on Land and Water ; .....To make Rules for the Government and Regulation of the land and naval Forces ; ....To provide for calling forth the Militia to execute the Laws of the Union, suppress Insurrections and repel Invasions ; ....To make all Laws which shall be necessary and proper for carrying into Execution the foregoing Powers, and all other Powers vested by this Constitution in the Government of the United States, or in any Department or Officer thereof.
Article III. Section. 1.
The judicial Power of the United States shall be vested in one supreme Court, and in such inferior Courts as the Congress may from time to time ordain and establish. The Judges, both of the supreme and inferior Courts, shall hold their Offices during good Behaviour, and shall, at stated Times, receive for their Services a Compensation, which shall not be diminished during their Continuance in Office.
Section. 2.
The judicial Power shall extend to all Cases, in Law and Equity, arising under this Constitution, the Laws of the United States, and Treaties made, or which shall be made, under their Authority;--to all Cases affecting Ambassadors, other public Ministers and Consuls;--to all Cases of admiralty and maritime Jurisdiction;--to Controversies to which the United States shall be a Party;--to Controversies between two or more States;-- between a State and Citizens of another State,--between Citizens of different States,--between Citizens of the same State claiming Lands under Grants of different States, and between a State, or the Citizens thereof, and foreign States, Citizens or Subjects.
In all Cases affecting Ambassadors, other public Ministers and Consuls, and those in which a State shall be Party, the supreme Court shall have original Jurisdiction. In all the other Cases before mentioned, the supreme Court shall have appellate Jurisdiction, both as to Law and Fact, with such Exceptions, and under such Regulations as the Congress shall make.
The Trial of all Crimes, except in Cases of Impeachment, shall be by Jury; and such Trial shall be held in the State where the said Crimes shall have been committed; but when not committed within any State, the Trial shall be at such Place or Places as the Congress may by Law have directed.
Article. IV. Section. 1.
Full Faith and Credit shall be given in each State to the public Acts, Records, and judicial Proceedings of every other State. And the Congress may by general Laws prescribe the Manner in which such Acts, Records and Proceedings shall be proved, and the Effect thereof.
Amendment I
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
Amendment X
The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.

Regardless if anyone is of Faith or not, traditionally the entire US Constitution, US Presidents, and Congressional Persons have been of faith - many notably - from the beginning. The US monies themselves have "In God We Trust" upon them. This may no doubt preclude the entire Presidential Warren Commission combined with the US Congress and all applicable parts of the USA Federal Government have maintained National Security Policy in the entire matter.

Briefly, the Authorized King James Holy Bible as basis of true faith (English speaking exact copy of the Hebrew/Jew Scriptures - Holy Bible) is the traditional centerpiece only which contains the interpretations in the New Testament Book Of Revelation concerning what is interpreted as inclusive of these events. It does indeed indicate those of Faith will be briefly overcome by the opposing force - antichrist. This has been interpreted as an underworld figure gaining a world connected "secret society" (which JFK gave speech on) that are indeed murderous in the least - and is indicated as residing as an underworld seat in the areas north of the State Of Israel - but actually in all candor - as ruling secretly the U.S.S.R. and thus Communism itself in various fashion from about the time of the birth of what was described in America of the day as "Red Communism" as not indicating any actual Communist Nation itself as guilty of any of this..... just those underworld figures gaining power through murder, violence, threats, adulteries, bribes, fixed elections, and so on. In other words, as example, it would be as if crime world figures such as Al Capone (Prohibition Era) and so on were ruling the American Government in such the fashion.
